Resman Facilities Management is the most comprehensive and flexible Facilities and Estates Maintenance Management system available, suitable for organisations of any size, and used in many NHS Acute and Primary Care Trusts, Universities, Public and Private sector organisations.
The system conforms to Accounting Standards UK GAAP 2000, International Standards Organisation Calendar model ISO 8601:2004, and Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) as per the SAE International Standards Development standard SAE JA101.
Choosing Resman Facilities Management will provide your department with the tools and information to efficiently manage equipment and staff, reduce the number of jobs undertaken, and maintain quality, procedural and health and safety standards without altering your current operational framework.
The system comprises an asset register for plant, equipment, property, land, IT assets and vehicles, helpdesk, planned preventative maintenance, work planning and scheduling, costing, stock control and purchase order processing options, with basic personnel and training system and overhead management features.
There is full drill down by individual job or asset, seamless links to CAD, technical drawings or the web and extensive use of colour coded datasheet views for ease of viewing, filtering or reporting.
The system is easily set up, and existing data structures can be retained by using user defined fields standard within the system. Both standard and bespoke reports are available, with full access to the data tables for authorised users. With Microsoft Office at the heart of the system, all systems include extensive user audit and security and on-line html help.
The system scales from single user to full networked installation with Internet or Intranet based enterprise wide Browser access. Windows Mobile technology is also being utilised, and an example PDA based Work Processing is shown.
